He is Risen
Why do you look for the living among the dead?
Weeping and gnashing of teeth echoed across the blood stained rocks of this hot dry land referred to as “the place of the skull.” Darkness had fallen, with the only light left illuminating the thorns crowned on the One True King. A final breath, sealed with death, would fulfill the sacrifice that is needed to save His people. However, the linens left inside an open tomb remind us that He is risen, living, and waiting.
The choice is left to us. God is alive! He sent Jesus, the Messiah, so that we may know Him and have abundant life. God has given us eternal life, and this life is in His Son. Whoever has the Son has life; whoever does not have the Son of God does not have life. – 1 John 5:11-12 We are alive now, because of the Grace of God, but have a limited amount of time to choose God. Eternal life or death?
"Just as Moses lifted up the snake in the wilderness, so the Son of Man must be lifted up, that everyone who believes may have eternal life in Him.” – John 3:14
My prayer is that you would be a vessol for the Lord, believing in Jesus, worshiping Him as your Lord and Savior, and searching His Word.
